Jake and Isaac did Dictation Work at Day Care together yesterday.
Today, all my friends will have an opportunity to do Dictation Work Outside as the weather is cooperating and allowing for Outside Learning.

Interview Writing
Every year our Being a Writer curriculum asks our K students to interview a classmate so they can then write about them. This year that assignment fell in May when we weren't at school. The students were flexible and came up with other people to interview by phone or by social distancing. Isaac enjoyed interviewing his Grandpa. Who did you interview?

I am one lucky teacher!
THANK YOU KINDERGARTEN CLASS 2019-2020!
I have received so many notes, photos, gift cards, flowers, and surprises this week.
Due to the COVID-19 circumstances, I have learned so much about the important "little things" in life.
Thoughtfulness, kindness, support, flexibility, and care and love have helped many of us during school being closed. Sending your appreciation my way this week has been the best!
